woodland wonders Learning lab
An all weather high tunnel structure for all ages to learn and explore (Step one in our learning lab area: purchasing a high tunnel for learning in all weather ($6,000) while we take intentional steps towards the next phase. Step two is to build a more permanent structure to facilitate all weather needs and transition the high tunnel into a garden/farm learning classroom for year round growing in alignment with our science and STEAM expansion for Enrichment programming.
To shelter sensitive learning materials (eg. microscopes, books, art materials) from the elements
To host community programs and more learning opportunities for the greater community
(Learning is for EVERYONE, all ages - all people)

Our Story
Our community of learners launched in the midst of challenging time, in response to children in our community finding themselves in great need for community and the outdoors. We began in 2020 with one teacher and five students. Now, starting our fourth year of operating, we support seven teachers and serve over 100 students weekly. We are a Non-profit organization with a heart and soul for meeting children exactly where they are and learning along side them as the discover the awe and wonder of the natural world. We are convinced children are capable and strong leaders in their own development, play, and academic journey. It is our honor and pleasure to walk along side them and help guide them into spaces of learning, risk, play, and growth. Our program serves a diverse group of learners and we celebrate each unique child and family. Our goal as a school and organization is to continue creating spaces in which children can thrive, families can connect, and we can build something beautiful together that will impact hearts and minds for years to come. Creating our next generations of EVER GROWING, EVER GIVING, EVER LEARNING, EVER LOVING.
Mission
Bloomsbury Farm School is an outdoor, seasonally-based enrichment program. We provide immersive learning opportunities for children ages 1-12 that are delight-filled, seasonally inspired, multi-lingual, and hands-on.

By providing children a safe place to learn and grow, we dream of empowering a generation of world changers who are resilient, creative, confident, and considerate of themselves, their community, and the natural world.
